Athens Bicycle Club Meeting Notes
December 7, 2006
Members present: Chip Krieg, Peter Kotses, Tom
Wolf, Paul Schulz, Kelly Shaw, Bob West, Tim Creamer, Joey Boyle-scribe,
Malcolm Idleman, Elizabeth Boyle, Atira Parker, Meredith Erlewine
1. Strouds Run
Trail work should be started soon. Raking shall be done in most
areas.
A work party will be meeting at dam parking lot 3 p.m. Wednesday,
Dec. 20. Meredith has arrived with Elizabeth. Chip wants to cut
the big tree. Pete, Joey and Kelly will meet 2 p.m. on Saturday
to mark the trails.
2. Map project for Southeast Ohio
Ready to go to the printer. Will the club give the project 500 dollars?
There are a lot of grants being applied for. They will be Free!
And, waterproof and tearproof! We need someone to sponsor the grant
proposals. The club will hold the copyright.
The club will go for it!! They will sponsor the event!
3. Member Listserv
Meredith said the list server may have problems! Paul just had the
keyboard, no I have it again. The club list serve is down but not
out of the race.
4. Tom's Trillium Tour
Athens spring ride (Toms Trillium Tour) is going to be scheduled
for April 14th or 21st.
